MD, FACS

Dr. Jason Wendel is a board-certified plastic surgeon with over 24 years of experience specializing in cosmetic surgery and advanced laser procedures. Known for his precision, natural results, and patient-centered care, Dr. Wendel has been recognized as one of America’s Best Plastic Surgeons by Newsweek, inducted into the RealSelf 100 & 500 Hall of Fame, and named Best Cosmetic Surgeon in The Tennessean’s TOAST Readers’ Choice Awards. He is also a Castle Connolly Top Doctor (2018–2025) and a recurring Top Doctor in Nashville Lifestyles since 2016. 

Dr. Wendel earned his M.D. from the Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his Plastic Surgery Fellowship at the University of Michigan. In 2013, he opened Dr. J. J. Wendel Plastic Surgery in Green Hills, offering expert procedures including facelifts, rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, breast augmentation, mommy makeovers, and tummy tucks. Dr. Sieveking balances his body contouring services with his busy facial surgery practice where he has developed a reputation as one of the top Facelift and Rhinoplasty surgeons in the region. He is known as a safe and conservative plastic surgeon and for achieving predictable and “natural results” without extreme changes in his patients. Dr. Sieveking is a native Nashvillian and board-certified plastic surgeon who completed his training in general surgery and plastic and reconstructive surgery at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California. After finishing his training at Stanford, Dr. Sieveking traveled to Rio de Janeiro and Santos, Brazil, to be a student of two of the world’s leaders in plastic surgery- Ivo Pitanguy and Ewaldo Bolivar de Souza Pinto.

In addition to his plastic surgery board certification, Dr. Sieveking is also board-certified and has advanced fellowship training in anti-aging and functional medicine. This double board certification enables Dr. Sieveking to be the complete anti-aging surgeon and the physician to treat his patient's age-related needs, from the inside to the outside. Dr. Sieveking currently serves as Medical Director of Ageless Solutions in Nashville, TN. Ageless Solutions serves patients who want to optimize their health and achieve an individualized age management solution through functional and regenerative medicine.

He has lectured around the world (South America, Asia, and the U.S.) on the topics of facelifts, cleft lip and palate, and breast surgery. He has also authored a chapter on Rhinoplasty in one of the major training textbooks for plastic surgery residents (Handbook of Plastic Surgery, Greer et al., 2004). Dr. Sieveking’s experience encompasses all areas of plastic and reconstructive surgery, including hand and microsurgery. He has worked with the non-profit organization Interplast to provide free reconstructive surgery to children in Southeast Asia and South America. He has been a consultant to the Nashville branch of Operation Smile, helping organize fundraisers and international plastic surgery trips. When not in surgery, Dr. Sieveking enjoys spending time with his wife, Libby and their four children: Cole, Bond, Meg, and Lila.

Dr. Kristina Dare O’Shaughnessy is a distinguished female plastic surgeon specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. She earned her undergraduate and medical degrees with honors from the University of Florida, Gainesville, where she was recognized with multiple awards for her exceptional research. Dr. O’Shaughnessy completed her seven years of residency training in the prestigious Integrated Plastic Surgery Program at Northwestern University, Chicago. Following her tenure there, she completed an additional year of specialized training in aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery. For 17 years, she has been a cornerstone of the Nashville medical community, now practicing at Grassland Plastic Surgery Specialists, owning Kristina O’Shaughnessy MD, PLC, and Kalla Aesthetics Wellness and Medical Spa, and serving as the medical director of Grassland Plastic Surgery Center.

 Her contributions to clinical and laboratory research have been highly acclaimed, notably her groundbreaking work on hypertrophic scar formation, which has earned her top honors. A sought-after speaker at national conferences such as the American Society for Plastic Surgeons, Dr. O’Shaughnessy is committed to advancing the practice of plastic and reconstructive surgery. Her extensive publication record includes peer-reviewed articles and book chapters focusing on topics like breast surgery, 3D imaging, wound healing, scarring, and nerve repair. She has also led FDA studies on silicone breast implants as the principal investigator. Passionate about education, Dr. O’Shaughnessy imparts her knowledge to residents and fellow surgeons through visiting professorships, cadaver courses, and both in-person and webinar didactics, as well as mentorship in the operating room.

Dr. O’Shaughnessy is actively engaged in her community, contributing to journal clubs and philanthropic organizations like the Tennessee Breast Cancer Coalition and The American Cancer Society, where she champions breast health and reconstruction awareness. Residing in the Nashville area for almost two decades, she cherishes family time with her three daughters and enjoys traveling, sailing, fishing, and playing tennis during her leisure hours.

Ramin A. Behmand, MD, FACS is a board-certified plastic surgeon with over 20 years of experience in aesthetic plastic surgery of the face, breast, and body. His practice is built on precision, sound judgment, and an approach that values proportion, safety, and long-term outcomes over trends or extremes.

Dr. Behmand’s training includes earning his medical degree with honors from Case Western Reserve University, followed by an elite six-year plastic surgery residency at University of Michigan, where he served as Academic Chief Resident. He later completed advanced fellowship training in facial aesthetic surgery and rhinoplasty under internationally recognized surgeon Doctor Bahman Guyuron.

Over the course of his career, Dr. Behmand has developed particular strengths in facial rejuvenation, rhinoplasty, breast surgery, body contouring, and complex revision cases—procedures where experience, anatomy, and decision-making matter most. His work is known for looking natural, balanced, and durable over time.

A significant portion of Dr. Behmand’s patients travel to see him, many through word-of-mouth referrals and professional recommendations.
